Since 2001, Newton Center has provided the San Francisco Bay Area with quality educational after school care programs, camps, and enrichment classes. Today, we provide our services on multiple school campuses in San Mateo County and we serve over 750 students enrolled in TK through 8th grade. While we have grown, we remain true to our roots and close to the communities we serve.

Our mission is to offer a conscientious, productive, and fun environment to help the children of our communities build lasting friendships and form a lifetime habit of successful learning. Our programs are inspired by the children entrusted in our care and offer hands-on, engaging, and project-based activities that extend learning beyond the classroom.

What to Expect

We are committed to serving all students. Through our robust financial assistance program, Newton Center is proud to enroll students from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.

Our team of instructors are enthusiastic people, who enjoy working with children. Many of the instructors hold degrees or have earned units in early childhood development and/or have years of experience in the field. Newton Center works with Newton – the Children’s Learning Center to create and offer its programs.
